Online Account opening is now available to Retail customers through both online banking and the website.  Applicants can now experience the ease and convenience of opening and funding personal deposit products online – anytime and anywhere without coming into the bank. 
Personal checking, savings and CD’s can all be opened through the portal in a matter of minutes.  The channel is secure for the customer and doesn’t require any in personal follow up at the branch. ID verification is done either through online banking or through personalized out of wallet questions if they start the process through the website.

Text Alert Service


Coming May 1stText Alerts, our new text alert service will make monitoring for fraudulent debit card transactions instantaneous.
How it Works:
With interactive fraud alerts, if our system detects suspicious activity on your card, you will receive an immediate text message regarding details about the suspected transactions. 
All you have to do is respond to the text to confirm the transaction.  If you indicate the transaction is fraud, you will receive another message with a number to call for follow-up.  If not, the system will mark the transaction as legitimate and you can get on with your day- simple as that
Getting Started:
If we have your cell phone number on file, you will receive an initial text message with instructions to verity your enrollment.
