Cameron is young and this his 2nd yr playing goalie. Last year as a freshman he played for the jv team made a lot of mistakes but wanted to get better. This year he has struggled but has improved. We had 2 games that we won 5 to 0 against Almont for the senior game. The other game we traveled to Laingsburg for their senior night and we won 7 to 1. Our shots were falling and we had good offense, and great defense. The other teams played us hard and had opportunity where Cameron came up huge. I had asked him this week to stand on his head and he did. He is maturing and shows a hunger and determination to be successful. He deserves player of the week.

Libby has been an incredible asset to our team all year, but this week she really shined! At the beginning of the season, Libby made the transition from base to backspot look easy and she worked hard to perfect her role! This week Libby had many changes to her place in the routine and she executed them beautifully and never complained once. She is hardworking, encouraging, and a steady positive presence on our team!

Tommy finished a great season competing in the 3200 meters Saturday at the state finals. He came with a second several times this year of breaking the school record in the 3200 meter. His best time was 9:39.04. Tommy had the mental toughness to battle through the pain of plantar fasciitis and a poorly time bout of the flu to place 19th in the state meet with a time of 9:48.
