COVID-19 Update

March 19: Drive-Thru Banking Only

Beginning on Thursday, March 19, we will be limiting in-branch interactions, per CDC guidelines. Branches will be open by appointment only and we encourage customers to use drive-thrus and digital banking tools to help slow down the spread of COVID-19. 

Customers, businesses & community members: please know we did not take this decision lightly. Our passion is to serve you and we know how much many of our customers value and need face-to-face communications. We value it ourselves – serving you with a handshake, sometimes even a hug, is part of what makes being a banker at The State Bank so special.

But for now, we must keep our families, businesses partners, and community members safe. Please utilize our Connect! ITMs, drive thrus, mobile & online banking tools, mobile deposit, online account opening, and online loan apps, until we are able to reopen our branch lobbies.

Our Call Center is fully staffed and equipped to serve you over the phone Monday – Friday from 8 am until 5 pm. Call 810-629-2263 to schedule appointments in branch locations as necessary.

If you are in the process of getting a loan with us, please know that these changes will not affect your loan closing. Please reach out to your loan officer via email with any questions that you may have about the status of your loan.
